I decided to study at Hugh Baird College after hearing all the amazing reviews of the L20 Hotel School. I knew from the first day I started, this was the course for me. I really enjoy the fact I am now learning with people who have the same interests and passion for food as I do.
By studying the Professional Cookery course, it has taught me the skills I needed to land my role as a Chef at The Gilpin Lodge. My aim is to one day become a Head Chef at a Michelin star restaurant.
