During my time at the College, I had the opportunity to visit Manchester Airport for a customer service skills training day where we also had the opportunity to speak to the Jet2 cabin crew members to find out all about their life in the air. I also visited Liverpool John Lennon Airport for a tour and we visited the Air Traffic Control tower, it was really interesting, we got the chance to see what it was like working behind the check-in area. This really helped me when I went for my interview for my current job at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
