The Nursing and Health Cadet Programme was great for me. I gained real life experience at the hospital while still attending College to gain the qualifcations I needed to get me on to the Nursing degree at university.

The support from the College and training and development team at the NHS was great and it helped me to get a head start in my Nursing career. I definitely made the right choice to study the Cadet programme.
