Q&A

Catherine said:

After returning to education nearly 20 years after doing my GCSEs, I didn’t think I would get accepted or even pass a degree. However, with the encouragement of my tutors I challenged the negative believes I had about myself and graduated with a First Class Honours.

My tutors encouraged me through the course and challenged the negative beliefs I had about myself. My tutors and classmates felt like family, we celebrated each other's highs and supported each other through the lows. The lessons were engaging and fun, we even managed to have a laugh in accounts, which isn't easy!

Catherine's advice:

When I was accepted onto the Degree, I walked out of the University Centre wondering what on earth someone like me was thinking signing up to a Degree. Three years later I left with a First Class Honours Degree and not a single regret. The classes are small and the tutors dedicated to each student's success, you will get your Degree if you really want it no matter what your real or perceived limitations.
